The bar was a winner, serving up the most delectable pineapple smoothies—he even plucks the pineapples fresh from the garden! The restaurant dished out fantastic meals, elevating our stay to new culinary heights.
Unfortunately, the main eating area was getting a new roof during our visit, but it seemed to be shaping up nicely. If you're not a fan of steps, a chat with the staff about a room closer to the bottom is a good idea.

i was pleasantly surprised by the breathtaking views and absolutely shocked by the lack of air conditioning, which made my stay less than desirable. the staff could have made my experience better, perhaps a room upgrade or complimentary drink for the inconvenience woudl ve been nice. overall, definitely not what i expected for the price.

Multiple power outages interrupted our sleep due to beeping air conditioning units!!! The unreliable Wi-Fi made it frustrating to stay connected. some improvements in infrastructure could greatly enhance the guest experience!!!

The breathtaking views and tranquility at this hotel made for an unforgettable escape. The clean, comfortable room offered a perfect retreat after exploring the nearby hills, and the hotel’s garden provided a refreshing backdrop. I especially enjoyed the ample breakfast selections, which included delightful fresh fruit and freshly prepared dishes.
The steep path leading to the entrance may be challenging for some guests.

The breathtaking views from the private rooms and balconies really steal the show—across stunning hills that just keep going. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated, making for a cozy space that feels just right after a day of exploring.
The concrete shell design makes the rooms feel hot and stuffy. there are minimal options for airflow since windows can't open, creating a less than ideal sleeping environment. On top of that, the bathroom situation could use a good scrub and some updates—if you're particular about cleanliness, you might find it lacking. To cap things off, water issues cropped up on our last day, which made for an uncomfortable morning wash. entering the room with wet towels didn't help matters at all. the access path is steep and could be a trek if you're juggling your gear after a long day.

Staying in a family room provided plenty of space, and the stunning views from the terrace were unforgettable. Breakfast included delicious French toasts, which we looked forward to each morning. navigating the numerous steps to our room became tiresome, and there was an unsettling number of insects nearby, which can be expected given the natural surroundings. Despite these concerns, the staff's attentiveness, especially in the dining experience, made our time worthwhile.

Had an amazing experience with breathtaking views from our room and breakfast on the balcony was a highlight! The cozy pool area and relaxing garden made our stay complete. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy at times, but it didn’t ruin our overall vibe. 😊
